These terms govern your access to and use of Calimatic Grow. By using the platform, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You may use Calimatic Grow only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content and member data you put into Calimatic Grow. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep the platform available and reliable, but it is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
