Free trial

Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the platform and cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed again after cancellation.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.

Setup fees and one-time add-on charges are non-refundable once the associated work or provisioning has begun.

Annual plans

Annual plans are billed upfront. If you cancel an annual plan, access continues through the end of the paid term; we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time except where required by law.
